ICS has been issuing, promoting, administrating and processing the transactions of MasterCard and Visa credit cards for over 35 years. With a new brand strategy ICS is ready to elevate its brand experience to be more recognizable and bold, underlining its position as a leading card issuer across Europe.

Creating an incredible CX experience for every touchpoint

As a CX agency, we were thrilled when International Card Services (ICS) approached us to help design their digital experience. With a recent rebrand as a base, they were looking for a partner who could translate their new style into an incredible user experience for their digital world. We immediately harnessed our expertise in the digital space to take on this exciting project.

Through executing the new design language effectively, we were able to unlock more and more potential to expand the reach and potential of the brand and its assets.
